For the 5-day program, we designed an annual members retreat. We were commissioned to combine a travel destination in Europe with a driving experience.

We traveled 1,200 kilometers through Germany and Austria in 12 current Porsche models. After a traditional Bavarian first evening in Munich and an overnight stay at the Bayerischer Hof, the next day, after a private tour of the Pfeifhofer Automuseum in Gmund, the journey continued to Leogang. Huwi's Alm at the Bergdorf Priesteregg was the perfect location for a cozy evening in a mountain hut.

For the last day, we organised a private tour of the Porsche factory and the Porsche Museum. In the evening, the program included a cellar tour at KESSLER, Germany's oldest sparkling wine producer, followed by dinner on Esslingen's market square.

Our services included the event concept, route and program planning as well as guest management for 25 participants. From the creation to the management of the budget, travel and logistics, the planning and implementation was entirely in our hands.
