In Portugal, we organized the International Porsche Club Presidents' Meeting for the second time, bringing together Porsche Club presidents from all over the world - as a thank you for their loyalty, to strengthen the brand and to create unique Porsche product experiences.
The approximately 250 club presidents and club representatives came from 65 countries and five continents. The four-day event focused on the position of the Clubs in a changing automotive world and the shared perspectives of Porsche and its Porsche Clubs. But also about Porsche performance, which was experienced in selected highlight vehicles, including the 911 Dakar. Driving experience at its best!
EMOTIONS
Our 360° implementation included a 24/7 presence on site and an individual event program for each day. Workshops and driving activities accompanied the guests throughout the day, while a dinner tailored to the respective location was developed for each evening. The highlight was the farewell dinner on the last evening with a host, live music and a Porsche world premiere.
Our services included basic event conceptualization, seamless production execution and all guest management including hotel booking for 250 attendees. In addition, we managed the entire budget, supported content production and looked after brand ambassadors, partners such as Michelin and TAG Heuer, as well as VIPs.
